Linen Care

Wash your new linen before using for the first time.

Machine wash
We recommend a warm (below 40oC) gentle machine wash. For better results wash linens separately from other fabrics. Use a detergent that is gentle on fabrics. Do not bleach your linens. Linen naturally gets softer with every wash.

Hand wash
Soak it in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes before washing. Don’t wring, twist or scrub. Rinse repeatedly until the soapy residue is all gone.

Removing stains
Linen is a highly absorbent fabric. Remove any stains immediately to avoid any damage. Wash with plenty of water and wash separately– a gentle detergent will work well to remove most stains.

Drying linen
Your linen can either tumble dry using a warm setting or line drying out of direct sunlight.

Ironing linen
Use a warm setting on your iron.

Bleaching linen
Bleach and detergents with optical brighteners tend to weaken the fibers and may cause discolouring.  Avoid bleaching.

Storing linen
Store your linen in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area and away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing linen in plastic bags.

Standard pillow cases

Received euro pillow cases instead of standard, company was quick to replace them with standard pillow cases, but the pillow cases are not as the photo on their website, the pillow cases don't have the opening flap in the middle as pictured but instead they open at the end like any other pillow case on the market, that was the only reason I bought a pair because of what I saw on your photos, very disappointing. Material wise they are OK , as someone who uses flax linen for my bed the is quality is OK.
